Terms and Conditions r24my – Platform Usage Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the r24my platform — whether via the website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published by r24my from time to time.

These terms take effect immediately from the moment you begin using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using r24my immediately and contact our support team to close your account if needed.

R24my is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements before registering:

• Aged 21 years and above on the registration date
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online entertainment platforms
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction specifically prohibited by r24my
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program at r24my or any related platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at r24my. Opening multiple accounts for any purpose — including claiming the registration bonus more than once — is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all r24my members before the first withdrawal request is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) showing your name and account number
• A selfie holding your MyKad if requested by the verification team

All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. r24my is not responsible for any withdrawal delays or issues arising from inaccurate information or invalid documents.

• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once in a game before a withdrawal is permitted (basic rollover requirement)
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour
• Withdrawals to a bank account via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 1 to 3 working days
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the r24my account holder

The general terms that apply to most r24my bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once only per user, per account and per household unless otherwise stated
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Accounts found to have abused bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will be suspended and all wins forfeited
• R24my reserves the right to modify, withdraw or add bonus terms at any time without prior notice
• Jackpot wins obtained solely from bonus funds (with no user deposit) may be subject to special withdrawal limits

General rules that apply across all games at r24my:

• Wagers that have been confirmed and credited into the system cannot be cancelled or modified
• Game results issued by the r24my system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error
• In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing game, r24my reserves the right to cancel or suspend the relevant round at management's discretion
• All RNG game results (random numbers) have undergone testing and certification by independent auditing bodies

You are solely responsible for keeping your r24my account login credentials confidential, including your username, password, and 2FA code. r24my recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings
• Do not use unsecured public Wi-Fi to access your r24my account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Do not click suspicious links claiming to be from r24my via email or WhatsApp

R24my is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact r24my customer support immediately.

R24my reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause. Situations that may lead to account suspension include:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspicious activity or conduct potentially in violation of anti-money laundering laws
• Requests from authorised law enforcement agencies
• User voluntarily requests account closure or self-exclusion

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact r24my customer support. Valid funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once the required KYC verification is complete, subject to no outstanding wagers or related investigations.

R24my provides its platform and services "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or the absence of technical disruptions. r24my does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, although we strive to maintain uptime exceeding 99.9%.

Under no circumstances shall r24my's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim. r24my is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from:

• Internet disruptions or connectivity issues on the user's end
• User device or operating system failure
• Events beyond r24my's control, such as natural disasters or third-party service disruptions
• Unfavorable game outcomes resulting from fair play

R24my reserves the right to amend, update or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Continued use of the r24my platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all funds before the new terms take effect.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully valid and binding.
